My name is Alin Ionescu and I like to think that a lawyer can be different. I always try to make time for my clients, be honest about their chances and speak their language.

For 7 years I worked in a large law firm and defended clients in extremely complex trials. Now I try to offer the same high-quality standard and a one-on-one approach to my clients, small or large.

First, we will talk over the phone or via email. You will briefly describe your problem. If I can help you, we will schedule a meeting.

We meet and go into details

Free

When we meet, I will need you to bring all the documents you have. We will discuss your problem in detail. Then I will come up with the best solution for you.

I send you a fixed-fee offer

After the meeting you will receive an offer. I have a fixed fee so you know the rates for my services from the very beginning. To save you some time we can e-sign the contract.

We stay in touch from start to finish

We will agree on deadlines for each of my tasks. If you have a trial, you will receive all documents before I send them to the court. You will be briefed after each court hearing. You can call me anytime.
